The Problem

Confusing and fragmented workflows across multiple tools.

Poor usability in early AI prototypes, making adoption harder.
Lack of design consistency, slowing down development and reducing trust in the product.

Introduced a scalable design system to ensure brand consistency and speed up the MVP build.

Redesigned Lovable prototypes into polished, production-ready UIs, improving usability and visual hierarchy for recruiters.
Simplified recruiter workflows with intuitive navigation and clear feedback loops, reducing friction and making adoption easier.
Collaborated cross-functionally with engineering and product to align AI features with recruiter mental models.
