Challenge
Unorganized Subscription Plans: The initial interface lacked clarity, with subscription plans blending together. Users found it challenging to distinguish between different plans and access relevant information.
Complex Navigation: The app required excessive clicks to access specific options within a chosen subscription plan, contributing to a cumbersome user experience.
Limited Product Exploration: Users faced difficulties in exploring and selecting products due to a lack of features like wishlists and a comprehensive cue card containing multiple views of each item.
Cognitive Overload: The original design overwhelmed users with information, leading to cognitive load issues. Key details were not effectively arranged, hindering a smooth user experience.
Results
Distinct Subscription Plans: Color-coded subscription plans were implemented, enhancing visual organization and making each plan easily distinguishable. Information presentation was optimized for clarity.
Streamlined Navigation: Clicks were significantly reduced by enabling users to directly choose options within their selected subscription plan, streamlining the user journey.
Enhanced Product Exploration: The introduction of wishlists and a detailed cue card featuring multiple views of each product improved the overall product exploration experience.
Reduced Cognitive Load: Information was strategically arranged, and content was cleaned up, significantly reducing cognitive load for users and ensuring a smoother interaction with the app.

Process
Research & Analysis: We studied competitor apps and industry trends to gather inpirationsUserflow: Based on the Wireframes, we structured the app's navigation and content, prioritizing features and information according to user needs.
Visual Design and prototyping: I designed high-fidelity wireframes to visualize the new layout and navigation, iteratively refining them based on team feedback. Afterward, we built a high-fidelity, interactive prototype to test the design.
Usability Testing: We conducted usability tests with a group of team members to validate the design and identify areas for improvement. Based on the feedback, we made necessary adjustments to the design.
Presentaion & Style Guide: We developed a visual language, including color schemes, typography, and iconography, ensuring consistency throughout the app. We also created a style guide to demonstrate the design to the clients .
